As a former South Dakota state sales, use, and contractors’ excise tax auditor for over twenty-four years I bring an incredible amount of expertise and experience in South Dakota tax law to this House race that no other candidate can bring.
It will take someone that knows our taxes to address our tax issues.
I now own Dakota Business Tax LLC through which I provide South Dakota sales, use, and contractors’ excise tax consulting services to help businesses better understand South Dakota tax laws. This helps me understand the other side of tax compliance and where businesses struggle in complying with South Dakota tax law. It is by making tax laws more straightforward and easier to comply with that will get us better voluntary tax compliance.
With the rampant rate of inflation, we need to send someone with the expertise I can bring to the next legislative session to help ensure more money stays in the pockets of hardworking South Dakotans so they can afford the necessities in life such as food, clothing, and adequate housing.
No other candidate running for the House of Representatives in District 33 has the expertise and experience that I can bring to the next legislative session to help you, our businesses, and our area. This is why I have been asked many times to run for a legislative office and why I am.
