I was at the capital recently for the last South Dakota Medical Marijuana Oversight Committee meeting for the year. As your Representative for District 33, I was glad to be able to be on this committee so that District 33 is represented and has a voice in this area. The next legislative session is just around the corner, with the first day of session on January 9^th.  This will be the 99th South Dakota Legislative Session and I look forward to continuing to represent and provide a voice for District 33 on the House Taxation and Judiciary committees.
