As the representative for District 33, I wanted to extend a thank you to Rapid City Mayor Jason Salamun for hosting the Elected Leaders Lunch and Briefing on September 29th. It was a great opportunity for city, county, and state leaders to get together to discuss, and come up with solutions to address the challenges and concerns we face in our area as a group. It’s cities, counties, and the state working together that we can more effectively address these challenges such as ensuring safe communities, tax reform, supporting K-12 education, and many others.
